This Package is only for:

• Open Living Concept Design for Living and Dining area including Kitchen Design

You will receive a full layout design of your home including:

1. Areal 3D Image

2. Plans 

3. 3D Renders

4. Shopping List

5. 3D Video 

Basically, what you will receive is a PDF file with all plans in colours and dimensions. 

Please see example below:

1. Areal 3D Image

Youw will receive a 3d Areal photo which will show all rooms in 3d from above.

2. Plans 

You will receive plans in coloured and black and white with dimensions in CM or Feet (Please let me know what you need in advance)

3. 3D Renders

You will receive at least one 3d Renders for all rooms, which will help you to understand the colours and layout of the room

4. Shopping List

You will receive a shopping list with links to the products, where most of the furniture will be from IKEA.

5. 3D Video of each room

You will receive a 360 video of each room as per Tik Tok videos!

Here are also some notes regarding the modeling:

I use kitchen systems from Ikea. The kitchen model will be good to see how the layout looks in your room.

This is for design intent only! However, if you are looking for construction drawings then you should go to the detailed planning page!

Please read before purchasing

• Please make sure you have the floor plan before you purchase any of the room design products. I won't be able to create a plan out of photos or videos. I will need a floor plan with dimensions. It can be also a handsketch, as long as the dimensions are correct.
• Please note, the furniture items and kitchen cabinetry is not fully customizable. I have my own products which I use for the 3d views. I won't be able to customize the items fully as per the inspo images you send to me. However, I can match them as closely as possible.
• The project will be closed within 30 days, if we haven't heard back from you. The files will get deleted, as they take a large storage. If you want us to work on the project after 30 days, you will have to repurchase the product again.
• We don't take any liability for the furniture purchase. We will send you the list with the sizes of the furniture which have been placed in the room with the dimensions given by the client.
• There is no refund on this as this is a service product.
